Dear valued patients,

As of June 1^st, 2023 our clinic will no longer be able to bill motor vehicle insurance policies. You can still be seen for motor vehicle accidents in our clinic, but it would be a self-pay appointment. We will provide you with documentation that you can submit to your motor vehicle insurance for reimbursement.
