West Linn Family Health Center is excited to announce that we now offer our patients on-line access to all aspects of individual health care conducted within our office. The Patient Portal enables patients to communicate with our practice in a convenient, safe and secure internet environment.
Using the Patient Portal will allow you to:
- Keep track of information
- Send messages to the office
- Update personal information
- Receive health maintenance reminders
- Receive educational materials
- Review published lab results of your lab work
In addition, if you have questions or concerns, you can send a message to the office through the Portal and a reply is received within 24 business hours. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PORTAL FOR URGENT NEEDS.
To set up internet access for the Patient Portal, please contact us at 503.635.8384 or stop by the front desk at your next office visit and provide us with an email address. The Patient Portal is available to patients 18 years and older.
